    Never had any problems with the drive through, but today I wanted to sit inside. Drive through was reasonably busy but not excessively.Four people waiting for food inside, one lady had been waiting minutes. Myself at least . (Simple orders).It seems to me the drive through and all the deliveries seem to take priority over anyone who dares step foot inside. Not the first time this has happened but that was slightly busier.

    Avoid at all costs. Been through drive thru twice. First time I was asked to park up and waited minutes before the food was ready. The Diet Coke I was given was less than half full and when I pointed this out, it was topped up with Coca Cola. I'm type diabetic so obviously not great!Should have learnt from my mistakes but stupidly went back again, they gave me someone else's order, which in itself was incomplete going by the receipt. Didn't realise til I got home. I raised a complaint and was offered a voucher for a medium meal deal. Turned this down as I'd ordered food for so would be still out of pocket and they closed my complaint down. All I wanted was my money back.Have been told the wait inside the restaurant is awful due to JustEat, Deliveroo etc orders taking priority. Joke of a restaurant and company.

    Every time we order there’s something missing - read the tickets properly. It’s literally not rocket science. If we pay for delivery, which is an extra cost, we expect everything to be there!! This is an absolute joke of a premises and we won’t be ordering again - absolute rip off merchants and I’d recommend anyone not to go there and especially not order a delivery

    Very busy due to something about police and manager(was told by someone serving but lost interest and stopped listening) food took a very long time and the order was incorrect. Having to have your receipt to use the toilet was an absolute pain. I needed to go all the way downstairs just to get the code. Maybe advise someone on the ground floor on (like the bottom of the stairs) a code is needed!Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor has about accessible tables and a toilet. If its busy access would very limited
